Release Notes – Mar 24, 2026

Good news, workflow warriors and digital builders — this version is for you! We’ve got enhancements in flows, new features and upgrades in apps, smarter capabilities in docs, and a solid platform improvement to tie it all together.

Flows

Enhancements

  • New Redirect Destination: Modals
Redirects in apps now support a new destination type – modals. In addition to the existing methods: same tab, new tab, parent frame, and more, you can now redirect users to open content in a modal.

  • Picklist Translations from Salesforce
You can now select translations for Salesforce picklist values. When choosing a picklist field from Salesforce, you can specify which translation to bring along with it—ensuring the displayed values match the desired language or locale.

Apps

Features

  • File Viewer in Apps
A file viewer has been added to apps, allowing users to open and view files directly within the application you create.
For example, if your app displays a list of opportunities along with their attachments, users can click on an attachment to open and preview the file in the viewer.

Enhancements

  • File Viewer Actions
Standard actions have been added to the file viewer component, including options such as PDF view, download, and print.
This makes it easier to interact with files directly from the viewer and perform common actions without leaving the application.

Docs

Features

  • User-Defined Flow Variables in Docs
Following the introduction of system variables, you can now use your own variables in documents. When using a flow to bring data into document generation, you can define variables within the flow and use them directly in your templates. This gives you more flexibility and control over how dynamic data is structured and displayed in your documents.

Platform

Features

  • Log Storage Duration
You can now control how long each log is stored across the platform.
For every log type—such as account, integration, API, and event logs—you can define how long it remains accessible. Once the defined period is reached, the log is automatically deleted.
This gives you more granular control over data retention and system usage.
