Release Notes – Apr 28, 2026

Hi again, friends. This version is mostly about making files easier to move, reuse, and track across your work. Whether they start in an app, a spreadsheet, or inside a flow, files now behave less like “attachments” and more like useful data you can actually work with. so just have fun with it!

Flows

Features

• File Variable Support
  You can now store files in variables and reuse them later in the same flow. This makes it easier to pass uploaded or generated files between steps, actions, and integrations without re-uploading or recreating them.
• XLS and XLSX Support for Extract Document Table
  The Extract Document Table node now supports Excel files, including .xls and .xlsx. which means you can extract table data directly from spreadsheets and use it in the next steps of your flow.

• Pass Files from Apps to Integrations
  You can now pass files from your app directly into integrations. For example, a user can upload a file in an app and send it to Salesforce or another connected system as part of the flow.

• Advanced Search in Integration Logs
  We added an advanced search tab to the integration log. You can now search for a specific flow and view every time that flow was executed.
