Features

• PDF Merge Node
  Flow Builder now includes a merge node that can combine multiple PDF files into a single output. Less manual cleanup. Fewer excuses.
  
• Jira Integration for Flow Builder
  Flow Builder now integrates with Jira, enabling real time automation around Jira activity. Flows can listen to Jira events like ticket opened or closed and take action immediately. You can also create and close Jira tickets directly within a flow for any supported Jira object.
  
  Jira is a widely used issue and project tracking system that teams rely on to manage work, bugs, and requests. Integrating with Jira matters because it is where work actually gets tracked, not where it is politely discussed.

  • Event based triggers for Jira activities such as ticket creation and closure
  • Real time actions to create and close tickets directly from flows
  • Ongoing updates to support additional Jira objects and workflow actions
    
• Document Q&A with Doc RAG
  Flow Builder introduces Doc RAG, enabling natural language questions over documents directly in a flow. Ask questions about individual pages, entire documents, or multiple documents that have been merged together. Responses are grounded in the document content instead of vibes.
  
  Doc RAG, short for Document Retrieval Augmented Generation, combines document search with language models to provide answers based on the actual content of files. It helps users quickly find accurate information in large or complex documents without manually scanning pages or cross checking multiple files.
  
• SharePoint Excel Integration
  SharePoint Excel is an Excel file stored and managed inside Microsoft SharePoint. Putting Excel in SharePoint makes it centrally accessible, permission controlled, and automatable.
  
  Flow Builder adds native integration with SharePoint Excel, enabling both event based triggers and direct updates. You can trigger flows when rows are added or cells change, and you can add rows or update cells as part of a flow. This supports building AI agents that react to spreadsheet changes instead of polling them endlessly.
  
• JSM Integration
  Jira Service Management is the service management product in the Atlassian Jira ecosystem, built for handling requests, incidents, problems, and changes. We have added support for this in our Noca Flows, allowing users to:
  • Trigger flows when service tickets are created, updated, or closed.
  • Open service requests, incidents, or changes from a flow based on system activity.
  • Progress tickets, resolve them, or close them directly from flows when the underlying work is done.
    
• Microsoft teams Integration
  is Microsoft’s collaboration tool for chat, meetings, calls, and file sharing. It’s where organizations have their conversations.
