Release Notes – Feb 16, 2026

This release introduces several new capabilities and enhancements across the platform. We hope you enjoy exploring what’s new and find these improvements meaningful!

Flows

Features

  • Pass Parameters to Flow Error Emails
Flows now support passing parameters to error emails. This allows you to include additional context or details in the notification based on the provided parameter.
With this enhancement, error emails can contain more relevant information, making it easier to understand the issue and troubleshoot problems more quickly.

Apps

Features

  • Picklist and Radio Field Options Passed to Connected Systems
When configuring picklist or radio fields in your app, the caption you define for each option is now passed as the value when the user selects it.
These fields can then be used in your mappings through the Data Kit, and when a user selects one of the configured options, the caption you set for that option is automatically sent to the connected system.
This enhancement simplifies data entry and ensures consistent values are sent to external systems, helping maintain cleaner and more structured data across integrations.

Enhancements

  • Display CRM and ERP Records in App Calendar
The App Calendar has been enhanced to support displaying records from external systems such as CRM and ERP platforms. This allows you to visualize important business data directly within the calendar view.

Docs

Features

  • Mandatory Inputs for Document Generation
You can now define whether inputs in document generation are mandatory or optional. This provides greater control over the information required before a document can be created, helping ensure that all necessary details are completed before generating the final output.
In addition, all signature inputs are now set as mandatory by default, ensuring that documents requiring signatures cannot be generated without the required sign-off.

Enhancements

  • Improved Mobile Experience for Document Signing
The document signing experience has been enhanced for mobile devices. Previously, opening a signing link on a mobile phone could result in a poor layout or display issues.
