Based on that info, the system follows one of four routes:

  1. New Customer + Lead: Convert the lead and create an Opportunity with Sales Order details
  2. New Customer (No Lead): Create a new Account and Opportunity
  3. Existing Customer + New Lead: Convert the lead to a new Opportunity and link to the existing Customer
  4. Existing Customer (No Lead): Create a new opportunity with order details under the Account

Step 3: Create Opportunity Products

Once the opportunity is created, the system pulls order line items from NetSuite and automatically creates opportunity products in Salesforce, ensuring every deal is tracked and valued correctly.
